Titleist Vokey SM11 Wedges: What’s New for 2026

June 24, 2026 · 4 min read

The Titleist Vokey Design SM11 wedges are the latest evolution of the most played wedge on tour. Rather than chase a gimmick, Vokey focused this generation on three fundamentals: consistent flight, more spin, and a cleaner fitting process.

Grind-Independent Center of Gravity

The biggest advancement is subtle but important: Vokey engineers gave every wedge of a given loft the same CG placement regardless of grind. That removes a variable from fitting — you can pick the grind that matches your turf and swing without changing how the wedge flies and feels.

A Stronger Spin System

SM11 pairs three shot-specific groove shapes with 5 percent larger groove volume and a new directional face texture to boost stopping power and spin consistency. A high-frequency heat treatment roughly doubles the durability of the groove edge versus untreated grooves, so that spin holds up longer into a wedge’s life.

27 Grinds and New Options

The lineup spans an industry-leading 27 configurations of six tour-proven grinds (F, S, M, D, K, and T). New for SM11 are a .06K low-bounce lob wedge and a 44.10F pitching-wedge option for stronger gapping, plus refinements to the K grind bounce profiles.

Finishes

SM11 comes in Tour Chrome, Nickel, a new Jet Black finish, and the tour-favorite Raw finish that wears in over time. Because wedges are so personal, get fit for loft, bounce, and grind before you buy.
