One rotating 'yellow ball' score counts every hole plus the best of the rest.
Teams of four (or three) rotate a marked ball: player A plays it on hole 1, B on hole 2, C on 3, D on 4, then A again. Everyone plays their own ball as normal.
Team score per hole = yellow-ball player's net score + lowest net score of the other players (e.g. 5 + 4 = 9). A harsh variant disqualifies the team, or drops to a threesome, if the yellow ball is lost; a softer variant awards a separate prize for the lowest yellow-ball total.
Every player has spotlight holes and the pressure is real.
