How to play
Play your own ball, net. After finishing each hole you must decide immediately whether that hole counts toward your final 11; once 11 holes are locked in, the remaining holes are irrelevant. A late birdie is wasted if you have already used your 11. Lowest 11-hole net total wins.
Scoring
Sum of the 11 chosen net scores; lowest wins the pot or per-stroke bet against each opponent.
Variations
- Best 9 or best 12 on shorter or longer days
- Gross for even groups
- House rules vary widely, so agree the details on the first tee
Tips
- Take pars early; do not wait for birdies that may never come
- Count remaining holes against your remaining slots
- Play the excluded holes for junk only
