Also called Heads and Tails, Coin Flip Wolf
Three players flip coins on every tee to decide 2v1 or everyone for themselves.
On each tee all three players flip a coin. If two match and one differs, the odd player plays alone against the pair's better ball. If all three match, the hole is 1v1v1. Sides reset every hole. Score each hole as a net match with points to the winner(s).
Points-based, e.g. 1 point per player beaten or an agreed value per hole; the solo player collects from both when winning 2v1. Highest total after 18 wins the differential.
Random alliances every hole and no bad feelings about picks.
