Penalty bet: leave your ball in the bunker after a swing and you owe a mole.
Whenever you swing at a ball in a bunker and it stays in that bunker, you have earned a mole and owe each opponent the agreed value. It keeps accruing with every additional failed escape. You do not have to reach the green, only get out of the sand.
-1 unit to each opponent per mole (e.g. $1 each). Frequently paired with Sandies so bunkers carry both upside and downside.
Adds a comedic tax to the most embarrassing shot in golf.
