Longest drive on the hole, but it must be in the fairway.
On every driving hole (par 4s and 5s) the longest tee shot that finishes in the fairway wins the Nicklaus from each opponent. A bombed drive in the rough loses to a shorter one in the short grass.
1 unit from each opponent per hole (e.g. $1), or 1 point in a junk tally. Less common version: longest drive AND par on the hole. The UK 'longest drive funny' is the same rule.
Rewards the guy who bombs it straight, every single hole.
