Also called Last Putt Wins
Made putts longer than a flagstick feed a pot that the last qualifying putt of the round wins.
Agree a qualifying distance, usually a flagstick length (or 6 feet or more). Every made putt from beyond that distance adds a fixed amount to the pot, birdie putts double the contribution, and chip-ins from off the green count. Whoever makes the last Wad-eligible putt of the round wins the entire pot from each player. On holes 16-18 a qualifying putt must be for net par or better.
A typical stake is $2 per eligible putt, doubled for birdies; the winner collects the pot amount from every other player.
The final green is a shootout for the whole pot.
