Also called Zoo (Zookeeper / Animals), Zookeeper, Dr. Doolittle, Carry the Can, Snake and Friends
Penalty game: each bad shot earns an animal you hold until someone else commits it.
Assign animals to mistakes: Snake (three-putt), Frog/Fish (water), Camel (bunker), Skunk (out of bounds), Squirrel/Woodpecker (tree), plus optional Anaconda (four-putt), Jackass (missed birdie inside flagstick length), Chimp/Gorilla (lost ball), Ostrich (whiff), Beaver (drive short of forward tees). Only one player holds each animal; it transfers to the next offender. Holing a shot from off the green lets you 'go to the vet' and release one animal.
At the end you pay each opponent the agreed value per animal you hold (typically $5 per animal, so three animals in a foursome = $45). Variation: one animal per stroke maximum; tiered values for rare mistakes.
A running comedy of errors where the 18th green can flip the whole bill.
